We started Kiddo Kitchen as a small Australian family business with one simple hope: to make starting solids and family mealtimes a little easier for other parents.

So every review, award and publication means far more to us than another badge to place on the website. It means a busy parent took time out of an already very full day to share their experience, or that someone outside our little business saw what we were building and believed it was worth talking about.

ONE FINE BABY

Ranked #1 in the Best Baby Food Makers in Australia

When One Fine Baby first featured the KiddoKook Pro, Kiddo Kitchen was still a very new little brand.

Seeing our baby food maker sitting at number one in a guide alongside much bigger and more established baby brands was a genuine pinch-me moment. It was the first publication to put the KiddoKook Pro in the spotlight, and we were incredibly thankful that their editorial team saw what we were trying to create.

One Fine Baby ranked the KiddoKook Pro #1 in its guide to the eight best baby food makers in Australia for 2026. The guide recognised its all-in-one steaming, blending, reheating, defrosting, sterilising and self-cleaning functions, as well as the fact that it was designed by an Australian family for busy Australian parents.

For a small family business, recognition from a well-known Australian baby and parenting platform meant so much. It made us feel that perhaps our little idea from our own kitchen really could help many more families.

Our family business story, featured by InDaily Queensland

Most of our work happens behind the scenes: testing products, talking with parents, developing ideas and working late after the boys have gone to bed.

So seeing our family’s story shared by InDaily Queensland felt a little surreal.

The feature tells the story of Karen, Brett and Sylvain, from creating Tweetycam to taking the next step and launching Kiddo Kitchen. It explores how our own experiences as parents inspired both businesses and our hope that Kiddo Kitchen could make the same kind of difference in family kitchens that Tweetycam had already made in family homes.
